We will only accept returns on items that were damaged as a result of shipping or errors on our part.
To preserve the quality and consistency of our products, we cannot accept returns for any other reasons.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of returning your package, however, in many cases you will receive
a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), the time it
takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
If you are not satisfied with your item, please email us first to let us know you want to return the item to us and we will provide you with the return address. You could return the item to us for a full refund of the item price (not including shipping cost) within 7 days after you have received the item. The returned item must be in its original brand new condition. Items that have been worn, combed, or washed will not be accepted and will not be refunded at all. Customer will be responsible to pay for the postage to return the item. We do not offer any exchange of item. Any custom-made / customized items are non-refundable.

Oil and Edge blams: If Oils and balms are in stock, it can take up to 5-10 business days to be shipped. If they are on backorder (you will be notified before purchasing) orders can take up to 2 weeks to be shipped.
Wigs: To ensure the quality of our wigs, each unit will be made in a timely fashion. Wigs can take up to 4 weeks to be shipped depending on the volume of orders. Respectably, we hope to have it shipped rather sooner than expected the 4 weeks.
